Where Nai Thon Meets the Andaman

Nai Thon is the quiet end of Phuket's northwest coast. A kilometre of white sand, jungle mountains behind it, and none of the density that swallowed the busier beaches further south. These villas sit high on the hillside above it, between 45 and 70 metres up, and the whole design answers to one thing. Every villa faces the sea, and every villa watches the sun go down over it.

Built for the View

The houses run across two floors, 600 square metres, four bedrooms. The pool, the social space and the master sit up top where the view is widest; guest rooms and a second living area sit below. Each villa has its own infinity pool, up to twelve metres, reaching toward the water. Glass runs full height to pull the sea inside. Double walls and zoned air conditioning handle the heat, and the kitchens are finished to island-house standard.

The Setting

The beach is 700 metres down the hill. The airport is fifteen minutes north, closer than almost anywhere else on the coast. Boat Avenue and Laguna are twenty minutes, with schools, hospitals and marinas another ten beyond. An on-site team manages the estate, with security and a rental programme owners can opt into.
Built to order, twelve to eighteen months to completion. A handful of plots remain.
