Butler Estates exists because there should be a better option. I work as your advisor first and your agent second. That means I’ll tell you when something isn’t right, when a price doesn’t stack up, or when a property’s history doesn’t match what you’re being told. I’d rather lose a deal than lose your trust.

Founder & Principal Advisor
Originally from Surrey, England, I’ve spent 16 years in property across two continents. I started in Perth, spent time in London’s West End, then returned to Perth, working across investment, residential development, and national sales campaigns. Along the way I’ve covered high-end residential leasing, off-plan investment and residential sales, and development acquisition through to construction, designing the product, doing the market research, and leading the sales teams that took it to market.
I moved to Phuket four years ago because I saw a market with enormous potential and almost no one serving international buyers properly. Most agents here are too transactional, too inexperienced, or too conflicted to give honest advice. Butler Estates is my answer to that. I live in Bang Tao, I’m on the ground, and I do the work before I recommend anything, because it’s my name on it, not because it pays the highest commission.
