The site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and Calendly, and may link to external sites. Those services have their own terms, and Butler Estates is not responsible for their content or conduct.

Liability

To the extent Thai law permits, Butler Estates is not liable for loss arising from reliance on site content, from site downtime or errors, or from matters outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this site.
