Walk It Before You Buy It

I walked the finished villa on a weekday afternoon and stayed on the terrace longer than I meant to. The lake fills the view from the pool edge to the far bank, and the house behind you is quiet enough that the water is the loudest thing there. Off-plan rarely offers this: a completed, furnished example of the exact type you are buying, that you can walk through before a deposit changes hands.

Two Suites, One Room Between

The living and dining room rises under a lofted ceiling and looks straight down the lake, the volume doing what a second storey would without the stairs. Two large suites sit at either end of the villa, with that room running the full width between them and opening along the lake side to the terrace and private pool.
