Originally from Surrey, England, I’ve spent 16 years in property across two continents. I started in Perth, Australia, then moved to London’s West End, followed by Melbourne, and then Brisbane and Perth again simultaneously. Across those markets I’ve worked in high-end residential leasing, off-the-plan investment sales, off-the-plan residential sales, and development acquisition through to construction. I’ve also led high-performance sales teams across major campaigns. I moved to Phuket four years ago because I saw a market with enormous potential and almost no one serving international buyers properly. Most agents here are either too transactional, too inexperienced, or too conflicted to give you honest advice. Butler Estates is my answer to that. I live in Bang Tao. I know the developers personally. I’ve walked the sites. I also sell established properties where I believe they represent genuine value.
